Need Prayers. you know as a Mother how ya get concerned. I looked on charlotte mecklinburg jail website tonight to make sure nothing had changed . my sons picture comes up as if he is there BUT it says released 5/28/2014 and under his picture Not Active. so if they took him to hold over in Atlanta Georgia USP where they go for hold over, wouldn't he be there by now and how would you know or find out? but I am concerned because he has not recieved his blood pressure meds any since they moved him from Caldwell co detention 5/20/2014 thats 8 days. so now as a Mom you wonder if anything happened to him with his blood pressure, or if hurt by another inmate, or if he is being transported. But on the BOP.Gov website if i put in his name or number he comes up but it says not in BOP custody. what do you do? can not talk to anyone on phone it is completely automated. no way of connecting to anyone. Please pray for him and for me please
There should be a phone # you could call.. not always get a person but if you keep trying you might. I remember calling the prison many times and got a person 1 time out of 10.
If something happened to your son they would have to contact you right away. I'm sure you're on his contact list. Don't fret.. I know the waiting is terrible. I've been thru it as well and it a short amount of time seems like forever.
When hubby was moved to his home prison, they didn't give him any of his meds for a week. I immediately called the medical center and expressed my concern about him not getting his meds. Within a day, he got his meds. So you can find out if he has been given them or address concern about him not receiving them.

Tell them you are his MOTHER and are concerned. You just want to know if he is OK.
Just because he is not on the web site does not mean he is not there. There is probably a couple of days lag from the time a guy gets settled in until they update their web page.
He is most likely being transported and, like any concerned mother that loves her son, you might be needlessly worrying. That's OK, we all do it.
I would be disappointed if you WEREN'T worried.
Call that number and explain the situation.
