they won't let him out of prison. I don't know where he got that from but he just hung up on me.
We were talking about the best way to get him up here from Florida to Philly. He says going by plane is going to be a big hassle because they will take him aside and grill him for hours before and after the flight.
Then he says he needs a drivers license. But his expired. I guess I was supposed to get it renewed and I tried but , even tho I paid for it I never got it here in PA.
I know he's wrong about that.
I have his birth certificate and his SS #. I thought that's all he would need. Now hes pissed off. Telling me not to listen to other people, because he's in there and he knows better than anyone I talk with.
I could fly down and we could drive up if that would be easier for him. Might even be able to take the train.

Maybe if he were state, but he's federal. I think we've been thru this already. I'm sorry but I'm going to ignore you again. because you're blowing my mind.
Faery.. I know that a DL required they put that he's a sex offender on it,but I agree.. it doesn't state that for an ID. I don't think he's going to want to drive for a while anyway. Its just too easy to get around here without it. We're in Fishtown, outskirts of Philly. Lots of buses and we have the train.
Just thinking about this the feds may have already forwarded his registration to Florida. Being incarcerated in a federal prison in Florida counts as being a resident of Florida. From this site: http://tinyurl.com/7z48vly
To provide for registration of sexual predators/offenders who are not under the control, care or custody of the Department of Corrections but under the custody of a local law enforcement facility or under federal supervision

If the sexual offender/predator is under federal supervision, the federal agency responsible for supervising the sexual offender/predator may forward FDLE any information regarding the offender which is consistent with the information provided by the Department of Corrections and may indicate whether use of the information is restricted to law enforcement purposes only or may be used by FDLE for purposes of public notification.
If the feds did forward registration information to Florida then they'll probably forward the information about his moving to Philly as well but I would definitely find out for sure.
His case worker has okayed his move to PA, they have his PO here in PA so I'm not going to try to cross my Ts and do something like that , which is physically impossible 'just to make sure'.
He's a federal prisoner. His home has been listed as Phlly for the past 6 months, they've accepted there in federal prison and I'm done with it. Thanks all. We have our plan in action and we're going for it.
