Also the Supreme Court in Maine is hearing again for the third time whether the sex registry is constitutional or not. Can't find the article now but will post a link if I find it.

I don't disagree with you. I also said I won't live to see it. I probably have a good 20 years or more of life left. I have seen that every case regarding the Registry SCOTUS either will not hear or they make a very narrow ruling. That tells me they don't want the case before them since they will reverse themselves.
This is just my opinion. It will happen in the states first. I just costs too damn much!!!
