So I texted my husband's attorney to see when they would be doing his evaluation and she replied back that it was today. I asked her if she could call me with the results and she promised that she would call. Of course she never did. However she did text me that she said that the visit went well and the doctor thinks he is a good candidate for probation and counseling. My husband then called me and told me that he did have his visit and that it made him sad. I asked how did it go and he just said that it was really hard and that he misses and loves us all. And that he was just really really sad and sorry. He also said that the doctor had told him that I paid for the evaluation, which I really didn't want him to know. I just made the excuse up of saying that his father sent me the money and that I then in turn sent it to him. Just didnt want the DA knowing that I paid for it. Anyways I am hoping and praying that this will help us in the long run and that he does get what the doctors is recommending.
