hello! i've been MIA again. just got done moving and it took a little over a week to get everything grouped and moved. GADS!!! i hate moving! or at least i hate moving households! it used to be pretty damn easy when i lived in the travel trailer.
i am also using a different laptop too. my good one took a crap on me so i'm using my old one. let me tell ya'll it was a challenge to get this one set back up. this laptop is the one that a geek friend totally wiped clean and re-set. i have been going insane trying to figure out passwords for everything! i really need to write those suckers down, my memory isn't the greatest for that kind of stuff! LOL
question for an SO or a family member who deals with TN.
what is up with the (?) code 88 on drivers license in TN? the young man i know has been a registrant for 5 or 6yrs now and has just run into this 88 thing. a sheriff told him about it and said that without the 88 on his license he is in violation. the sheriff cut him a break and told him to go to the DMV immediately and get it taken care of. he went to the DMV but they wouldn't do anything about it until he takes in paperwork from the lady that he reports to when he has to re-register. he told me about it and said he immediately went to tears of fear when the sheriff told him he was in violation. he and i too are so thankful that he didn't get popped for it!!!!

BTW - Code 88 is not listed here (official TN web site). Did this truly become law?

Ironically the number 88 is strongly associated with the Neo Nazi movement as "H" is the 8th letter in the alphabet and in certain circles 88 stands for HH = Heil Hitler (18 = A. Hitler).
