Hi from Wisconsin!! My husband is almost to the end of his time on probation. He should be done in January. When he went to court they never told him he would be on lifetime monitoring. He did 5 years in and 5 out but why lifetime monitoring?? Did something changed and we were never notified?

The law was overturned by a lower court, but upheld on appeal by a federal appeals court, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, in February 2016.
