I'm all for protecting children but this is one reason why the laws are so extreme. There is only 1 side with Lauren's kids. There is no education on laws and those accused. Fear is mainstreamed. Sexual abuse is wide spread, it has always been from the moment of time. Thousands of years of sexual abuse because that's human beings.
Sometimes when a woman like this gets the spot light it makes them feel all important. It gives her a sense of entitlement and the real problem is lost.
I was abused by my dad, my son was abused by a neighbor, my mother was abused by he mom and brother, almost every one of my friends was abused in some way. The solution is not what our government has come up with. The solution is not to ruin more lives. It would be best to educate and help each other.
With so many things that people could actually do to help each other, feeding the hungry, soup kitchens, donating clothing, helping people learn to read... This movement, Lauren's Kids gives the followers a sense like they're being good and helping others. Walking down the street wearing a blue & pink shirt, riding in that fancy bus.. is not helping anyone.
Wake up ! use your brains! If you want to 'feel good' then spend more time with people who really need help. That weekend walk isn't helping anyone.

the more you stay in the background? the more you try to hide with the label of Sex Offender? the more they think that you are hiding because you did wrong, were wrong,are still wrong and are still doing wrong!!!
As the Dr. Drew producer told me, these victim advocates don't want to debate us because they don't want opposition to their message. Period. I think it is because they're afraid of being exposed as hucksters and charlatans.
I would love to be in a real debate, one-on-one with a Walsh or a Lunsford. Preferably in person. On second thought, Lunsford would just show up drunk ot high and would be too easy. Give me John Walsh, Ed Smart, Mark Klaas, or the Books.
In regards to this march, there is a formal announcement forthcoming within a couple of days, so be ready. I have settled on a date, place, and target audience. i'm sure our resident lizard-stalker is going to have a heart attack when she gets wind of it, but this rally has been mentioned to the media already so it won't be hidden much longer.
