Yes I know Rew helped me a few times. It’s just frustrating and the P O isn’t much help. Claims his GPS died and my husband knows it has to be charged and has been charging it. P O says if it dies on the weekend she has no control on what the DOC does. So pretty much they would probably drag a very sick guy out of the hospital. Just pisses me off. The purpose of the GPS is to know his whereabouts

I am sorry that you are faced with this dilemma. Let me see if I cannot add some clarity to the situation.

You cannot provide the PO with information you do not have. In a medical setting, oftentimes a set schedule cannot be followed as there are complications and/or emergencies. The PO may not like it, but she will just have to wait until you have more information.

I know that in the back of your mind you fear a possible VOP. No judge in the world will violate your husband while he is in the hospital with cardiac problems. That would be absurd.

Do you have her email address? If so, I would just send her an email explaining everything. And if you know the date and time, I would include it in the email. That is all you can do unless you want to continue to try to contact her.

Also, keep in mind that technically your husband with the GPS is still under the custody of the DOC. They should be able to sort this out.

Thanks Rew, yes you think they should be able to sort it out especially since he’s on Gps. They can tell where he is every minute. Well I took the paperwork and dropped it off with the cover agent. We will see if they have somebody up there at 5:30 am on Wednesday morning. I have been updating the GPS monitoring and PO office every day. I will be calling his P.O. on Monday morning too Thank you Rew for your help ,,

The P.O. called this morning and tells me the paperwork doesn’t say if he needs to have the monitor removed. Then tells me I should not be talking to DOC monitor about it. Well I cussed her out and she has me so upset. She claims many of the offenders had surgery and they didn’t have to remove the bracelet.
I don’t understand what her problem is. I’m just so pissed at her. Worried about everything that going on.
