Why can't I find information on registering as a sex offender? I know people (rew) has given me information before but why can't I find it. Like the restrictions the whole Halloween thing what the rules are if there is tiers if everyone is on the public registry. I know I have asked these things before, I'm in nm. I'm just trying to find out where people find this information so I can look things up myself and not have to ask every time I think of something and cause someone else to have to look it up. Thank you!

Here is a tip. In order not to lose your page that had all the search results, when you click the link that has the information you want, do NOT double click with your left mouse. Rather, right click the link and a box will appear. On the box select "Open in New Window" and the new page you want will open in a new window and leave the other search page open.
