So why would the DOJ report not lie about recidivism on SOs if they are manipulating the numbers elsewhere? And what leads you to believe the low recidivism stats of SOs when you think the DOJ is lying about everything else?

I don't understand why you think they are cooking the books in one place but you don't believe they are doing so in another?

Like I said earlier, the recidivism rates that the DOJ puts out for SOs is already cooked and it still is low. They are not counting ONLY sex offence type crimes but ANYTHING that gets them arrested. I never said that they didn't cook the books, they did, it just didn't give them the readings they were hoping for either.

So in reality they are cooking the books on both things, one just gives one impression that I don't believe and another that I have researched enough myself to know that it is actually higher than it should be.

Why would the only partially cook the books? If they are going to fake the numbers why not "fully" cook the books to reflect what makes their legislation look better?

I have made this VERY clear over and over to you, Independent. They are cooking them all, in the best way that they can with the raw data that they have or don't have.
