My situation is the somewhat the same . My son was 19 and 4 mo .She LIED about her age and she still post herself on facebook as and 23 yr old I think she might do the same thing again so unfair my she walks and he reg for life My son is at centrila a medium prison . so count your blessings . I read a post about letters about the sor In florda I think I am new to this site so iam late with the info How ever I would like to send them to the raido and tv personalites in my town . They are gathering facts about the regerstres . I think this is where I am going to start. Hang in there this site has helped me so far with information and a lot of love from people who are going thru the same stuf you are not alone!

If she is posing as a 23 yr old and is a minor, I would report the profile to FB. They have a policy... and I may even anonymously report her to her parents too or even the school she attends... Mostly to help save the next boy she gets put in prison, yeah if she gets a taste of what she had put others through with reprimands and whatever, cool, but really, I would hate to see some other poor soul entrapped by her and then prosecuted for her tenacity.

Heartbroken, I was 21 when I was man-handled by our ill-fated justice system. I can only give advice from my experience. I was fortunate to have some old-timers and other inmates that cared, take me under their 'wings' during my incarceration. A few tried to take advantage of me financially, but those attempts were squashed.

I had The Lord on my side and made it through. I feel this is the worst part of the whole 'game' ... A lifetime on the registry. I hope your son aligns himself with inmates willing to help him. My thoughts and prayers are with you!!
