Having a really really bad day

Hello everyone it has been a long long time since I have posted and I am in a funk right now I am so down it has been 26 months since my husband has been arrested and u am just so down I miss him so munch my daughter is causing a lot of problems at home and my I laws found out about it and aren't happy and now they told my husband and he is upset and yes this daughter that is causing the problems is the "victim" I am a people please I try to make everyone happy and that is what is a big issue in all of this. I am so angry with him because if he didn't do what he did then he wouldn't be in friggin prison and he would be home to help me with all the kids and she wouldn't be cUseibg all the problems that she is causing because he would be here to help put a stop all of it I feel like I have no one to depend on everyone is so dam judge mental and I am so tired of feeling all alone and he doesn't get out till February 2021 it seems like so far away I am struggling to make ends met I am so far behind on my bills I am having trouble finding a job because of the hours I can work because I have no one to watch the kids it just seems like it is never ending I just feel like crying and going to bed and not waking up until my husband is home

Don't beat yourself up for feeling angry. I think what you are feeling is so normal. You still love your husband but he did make your lives much more difficult. To not acknowledge that fact would be cruel. We can all understand how you feel.

Your post reads like a page from my journal if I wrote one. Some days I am stronger than others, some days I'm less angry. But no matter how I'm feeling, ultimately I just want him to come home. I don't have any good advice for you, but please know you're not alone.

I completely understand where you are coming from. That is why I was really happy when I found this place. It was the only place where people didn't judge me for sticking by my husband.

I too was a people pleaser, but I have stopped caring about what other people think about me. If they don't like me for standing by him, that is their problem and I don't need their negativity in my life. Once I started to stand up for myself and not try to people please, it became a lot better.

I have since found people who have been supportive, both online and in person.

It has been difficult financially for me as well. We went from a two income household to just one. I had almost perfect credit, now my credit has been shot. I had decide that credit cards were not important and stopped paying them. I make sure my kids and I have a roof over our head, food in the house, water, electricity and clothes on our backs. Anything else is a luxury....

It has been hard being a single mom, but I have been able to work everything out so far. I have arranged carpools to help ensure my kids are able to get to school, practices, games, etc. when I was unable to get them there or back due to my schedule.

Peoiple on this site understand where you are coming from, and what you are going through. It is really tough to do it alone, and nobody "out-there" undersantds. Please just embrace the ones on this site, and make friends we will help you through this difficult time.

You are doing it and you have been doing it on your own. Today may not be a good day, but you have to remember you made it to today. Everyone has days were you just want to stick your head under a pillow, turn the lights off and go to bed and wake when it is better. Even the people with the most "put together" lives have days like that. Do what you need to do to make sure you and your kids are taken care of. Have you thought about trying a job that has strange hours, like nursing homes, hospitals, or manufacturing. I am not sure where you live but there is always a need for the people who are willing to do hours that are not just 9-5.

Oh - I have heard bus drivers and nursing homes often have split shifts , not sure if that would help.

My 16 year old daughter had a 20 year old boyfriend and he kinda just moved in and now my in laws got wind of it told my husband and now there is talk about them going to the police and Dyfs it's causing tension between my husband and I and now I have to kick him out that is going to cause tension with my daughter who knows what she is going to do proberly go wild i hate confrontation like I really really hate it so I am super super stressed
