It has now been 2 years since i received a letter from the California Attorney Generals office saying I no Longer had to register as a SO> I have been going to parks gone fishing just the other night i went to the movies to see world war Z am I happy? NO because i still feel bad i feel bad because of all of these stupid laws that are hurting people who have already done their time and wish to move on with their lives..........people always say that a sex offender will ALWAYS re offend if that's the case then what am I? am i a anomaly? i get really mad when i read online how the police does those compliance checks and want to go into peoples homes without a warrant I get mad when i think about the time when the police showed up at my house on a day when i was not feeling well and wanted to come in and when i tried to exorcise my rights and say not without a warrant they bullied me badgered me and said "well if you have nothing to hide" so in order for them to go away i let them in i think about how when i was in the Marines i swore to fight and die for the US Constitution I thought about how at the time when the police showed up at my home my oldest son was in Iraq fighting for freedom and I think about how i had just moved into that house and was FORCED to move because there was a school nearby these laws do NOTHING but give people no hope no light at the end of the tunnel if they can take me off and see that i am not breaking any laws or re offending why can't they do it for other people it burns me when i read about how people go on and on about how they need to strip every SO of their rights how they act like they are above reproach I have to tell myself that opinions are like assholes everyone has one and they all stink..........I wish that all of you on this site could get on with your lives get out of the nightmare of the registry be able to love who you want without having to fear having your kids taken from you to be able to have your loved ones home to be able to live in the so called land of the free like this government like to use those words in order to send our troops to war yet oppresses its very own citizens.......as always peace out and god bless.
