I am happy that you have good news to share.
rewdiazepam
State prisons usually have a lot more programs to offer an inmate than private prisons. I know that is the case here in Oklahoma and in any other state I have ever read about. Also the food and visiting is much better. Of course, in your case, you hit the jackpot as you are now very close to your son so you can visit often.
I would like to see your son go to some kind of votech training while in prison. I don't know what they have to offer there in Louisiana, but at the last prison I was at they had welding, electrician, computer technology, masonry, auto body, and several other courses. And these were really good courses as they had instructors come from the outside into the prison to teach these inmates these trades.
My best friend took the welding course and he is now making very good money welding---and he is a sex offender.
Hope he can find a good trade.
