When making out the monthly probation forms they always ask who you live with up till now I have been able to say my mom I was her care taker benig she is 93. So this month she is in an extended care hospital so true fully I am living alone now. The question is why do they ask who you live with and is living alone supposedly dangerous of something ?

I think your state has a law that forbids two sex offenders from living together unless they are related. That would be my guess why they would ask that.

I say this because when I was still on the registry, I had to list my father's name as being the other occupant of the household.

If she is going to be in the extended care hospital for a while, you should notify them and then list that you are the only occupant of your residence.

Most probation and parole conditions are can't hang out with other felons, and can't hang out with children. They are checking to make sure that you are not living with either of those. Though I don't know why you would be stupid enough to mention that you were doing that if you were. Seems like a strange thing to do.

Mostly to ensure if you're living with minor's that their welfare is not in danger. And to ensure those that occupy the same house hold knows that you are a registered sex offender.

Thank you everyone so in a way it's better I live alone than the other two options you mention.
