My husband can go to church. he got permission when he was on probation ot, and he's off, now and there's no restrictions against it. I'm in PA

my po said I can go to church just not the one the victim gos to so I decided since there is nothing stoping her and her family from relocating to the one I'm going to , not saying they would but you know , there's no telling when they would show up there and I can be part af any after church things I just decided not to take the chance and I just stay home instead some times I will watch it on tv or just read the bible just when ever I feel like it you know I do pray most nights when I go walking my dog at night, I just pray for my entire family tho, and since my thing was with a family member her to, there's not a day that don't go by I don't thank of her and all this things that has happened , my under standing is that she acts like a brat now a days I can't help feeling responceble for it even tho people say it has nothing to do with me or the past I still feel responceble tho, never mind the fact her mother is a drug attic and just got out of jail her self and no longer allows contact with her own kids witch I find ironic to some degree. but my votes lives with her dad and again my understanding is he and his girl freand are have ping a baby and they may be moving out of state because of children service , so her home sitch is some what not to good , that being said I love her a care for her and yes miss her she is family after all , but I do feel bad for her and responceble to some extent,

The accuser in my Husband's case would not have been allowed to come to our church. The PO would not put up with that. She tried walking past our house on the way to the store, and I saw her, I called his PO. His PO, went to visit her and said, the 500ft rule is for BOTH her and him, and if she insisted on trying to cause trouble, there could be charges pressed.
As for church, she would have been told to leave, as she was well aware of where we attend

really my po told me if she come in the same place I'm in no matter if I was there first or not I am the one that has to leave she don't have too!. which I reall thank if bull crap!,

all tho he did say if I'm in a store and they came in them just walk the other way like if I was in Walmart or something , but I would do that any ways just walk the other way

just don't talk to them you know I'm like oooky , stuped auto correct I swear!.

My husband was encouraged to find a place of faith. Since we live in the bible belt, and he is Pagan, that is next to impossible.

He is allowed to attend church, I think they just want to know where as opposed to getting permission.

My husband started in a kitchen job when he got out. He was then a waiter and did very, very well at it. He got a job at a corner store over nights. He had a hiccup there and then was unemployed for a bit. He got a crappy kitchen job again, went through two more waiter jobs and now he has a full time position at a manufacturing place.

The thing with him is he has been steadily employed since he got out of jail. It takes him a while to find jobs, yes. But he keeps those jobs for as long as he can. If they aren't working out, he starts looking for a new one while still working and then puts his two weeks in and leaves.

Every job he has had has been at small businesses. He's actually come to prefer it and doesn't want a corporate job again.

Technical school is good. I don't know what part of the country you are in, but by us welding, plumbing, electrician and CDL jobs are huge. All of which our county allows RSO's to work. Only problem is you have to get permission to go to a school, which really hasn't been an issue with any of the RSO's so far.

As we get more financially stable he is going to start building computers again. Its taken a lot of trust between his PO and us, but she said it would be ok. I just have to be the one to do the online parts (downloading drivers and such.)

My son's allowed to go to church. He never had to ask for permission from his po. We're in MD. He's not allowed to use a computer or the internet while he's on probation since his crime was internet based.

My husband's PO made it clear that if it was a chance encounter, my hubby should leave the area and give the PO a call. If, however, she was walking by our home, or went to a place where she knew he was regularly, then my husband should call the PO , and the PO would set her straight. After, I caught her walking by the house, and the PO told her about it, we never had an issue. He doesn't play games and he doesn't tolerate others playing games.
