As of January 2018, Florida Drivers License Bureau now put "Sex Offender" on your driver's license. No matter the circumstances, it will be on their driver's license for the rest of their lives. There has got to be a change for different levels of sex offenders. Nothing should be lifetime unless a person actually had contact with a child.
Unfortunately they work on the thought that sex offenders cant change my man (we are in Australia ) is on ours for life for something he didn't and wouldn't do.
