I could not find any reference anywhere to the words "sex offender" being marked on the driver's license, not even on the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation web site.
Only such states as Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee---the Bible Belt States----are ignorant enough to pass such ineffective and shaming laws as having a driver's license marked.

Florida also appears to have a sex offenders designation, but I think that it might be only for certain offenders and the designation is a small code---- a few numbers or letters in the corner of the license----and only law enforcement understands what it means. Some of the Florida posters can provide more info, as I am not sure how Florida handles its driver's licenses for sex offenders. Feel free to correct me if I am mistaken.
In Oklahoma, it was just a terrible mess. The words "sex offender" were plastered in three or four places across the face of the license and a registrant had to get it renewed every year. The only good part of the law was that it was only for "habitual" or "aggravated" offenders.
BTW, the drive's license in Oklahoma was the one point that the Supreme Court justices really zoned in on in the Starkey decision which made the extra AWA restrictions punitive. They really, really did not like the driver's license law for sex offenders in Oklahoma.

Also note that some states have the word "sex offender" or "offender" stamped in red letters across the face of the license, while some states only have a lettered code in one of the corners which only law enforcement can decipher.
If you want to read the entire document in its entirety, here is the link---

Here is the text regarding sex offenders and driver's licenses---------
""""Nine states--Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, and Texas--specifically require convicted sex offenders to obtain either a driver's license, an identification card, or a sex offender registration card issued through driver's license-related processes.
Further, five of these nine states- -Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi--also label the applicable driver's license, identification card, or registration card with an annotation that identifies the person as a sex offender.[Footnote 20]
Two other states, Kansas and West Virginia, also have an annotation requirement, although these states do not specifically require convicted sex offenders to obtain either a driver's license, an identification card, or a sex offender registration card.
Two of the seven "annotation" states, Kansas and Louisiana, provided us examples of their annotated driver's licenses and identification cards.""""
Hope this helps,
