I'm sure my daughter says she said one thing but the lawyer says she said something else I am feeling really lost right now he is looking at 10 years with 85% I am feeling so lost right now

Is she the alleged victim in this case? Give us some details of the case.

I know at one time the prosecutor wanted to talk to her. Did she talk to him and if so, what was said?

BTW, how old is the victim??

The victim was at the time of his arrest no she hasn't spoken to the prosecutor She spoke to his public defender today

The prosecution added things to daughter's statement so they could add additional charges. When it came out that that wasn't what she said, those charges were dropped. So, I'm not surprised to hear that there is a conflict of stories....
