Since so many people have been convicted or have loved ones convicted of child pornography offenses, here are a couple of links I found which are very interesting.

My conviction was not pornography, but these articles are very thought provoking and anyone who treasures our freedoms should read them.

I do not agree 100% with everything in the article, but I agree with most of it, and these articles do make a lot of sense.

They articles are lengthy, and please do not form an opinion until you have read all of the article.

i agree that it does not hurt that child, but if no one dl (accident or not) CP there would be no demand for such things. if there are no demands for things, then people would stop making them. <---bad logic btw, but it's their logic not mine.

so what they are trying to do is make the demand illegal (even though it really doesn't do much, because there are people who dl accidentally).

history has taught us that people have always wanted the "forbidden fruit", and so that logic really doesn't hold up.
