After a while, it becomes tiring to read these stories in which these 15 year old young ladies can primp up, fix themselves up, and make themselves look like a legal adult ruining the lives of older men.

These 15 year olds are NOT children; they are young women blossoming into full adulthood. They know how to squirm and wiggle their butt and they KNOW full well they are enticing older guys-----and they enjoy it.

Some are nothing more than trollops who just love to flaunt their youth and sexuality to engage in sex with older men. Sometimes they are the pursuer and the seducer.

There is a world of difference between a 12 year old and a 15 year old.

I am tired of the older guy having to take ALL the responsibility when these two have a sexual relationship. She is just as much to blame as he is. Nobody forced her to pull her panties down and have sex. Hell, most of these 15 years olds probably know more about sex than most of the adult posters here on the board.

But the older guy is made to suffer as if he had raped a child.

This country needs to get with the times and stop living in the Victorian Age. These young ladies have to share the responsibility in these relationships.

BTW, I am not advocating have sexual contact with a 15 year old, but we should use some common sense here and keep things in perspective.

Also, while I realize that not all 15 year olds are mature sexual creatures, many are and they are the ones that are the problem.

They cannot take responsibility according the law.

Of course, in the bizarre world of the American criminal justice system, if they have sex with an older person they are deemed "too young, too immature, and do not realize what they are doing." Those are the words a DA would use to prosecute the case in the case of a 15 year old having sex with a 20 year old.

BUT, BUT, if that same 15 year old committed a horrendous crime such as murder, all of a sudden she would be tried as an adult and the DA would proclaim that "she knew exactly what she was doing and she needs to be punished just as if she was an adult."

So which is it? She cannot be both an "immature child" and a "responsible adult" at the same time. Or can she????

All your comments are spot on. Google "age of consent" in other countries, and you will find ages ranging from 13 to 18. Puberty starts at an early age, and "girls' become ready for childbearing biologically. Many young girls have become mothers early on since they became mature according to the biological changes in their bodies. So, what is up with all the hype about these innocent girls engaging in sexual activities? Maybe, if their parents would focus more of their time to educate, we would not have so many teenage pregnancies. Where is the sex education in schools? Oh, that's right, that is taboo. Other countries teach this, and there are fewer teen pregnancies. Parents here let their kids dress inappropriately all the time. "Kids" that look like not even hookers look like (sorry). Stop promoting sex when you can't handle it. Educate and teach!

makes me thing of a article i read about 6yrs ago. young girl had a FB page where she lied about her age, posted some racy pics of her self. met and dated a guy, had sex and he ended up in prison for statutory rape. the FB page was removed.

about 6 months later she put it back up, met another guy. but he found out how old she was and went to her father about what she was doing. the father called the cops. the guy ended up being arrested and he too went to prison for statutory rape.

He got arrested for letting the father know? The father needs to keep the girl in check....who is the person who should be prosecuted for child endangerment here? I would be happy if someone told me what my daughter was up to (but I don't have children). Screwed up system for sure.

yep, the father called the cops on the guy for rape when he told the father what the daughter did and that they had sex. soooo, therefore he admitted guilt to having sex with an underage girl.

this is what had happened to my husband although a little bit more complicated since it was my youngest daughters best friend. we have know her for years. she was like a daughter to me and my husband she would text us as well..... by then she started texting my husband more.. she sees her real dad every other weekend and stays over, verbal agreement well she wasnt liking that anymore and band camp was coming up and he was being an ass and not wanting her to go or take her to band camp. she could only miss so many days. well hubby got involved and thought since she was 16 she legally could change... but no. to shorten alil.. she didnt want to stay over nights anymore and hinted but never said anything happened but something seemed off like she was being mistreated or something else.well hubby help with lawyer consult and such they really dont have funds to do that... they went to court and things stayed the same verbal agreement but if she did not feel good the would bring her home that evening....well that was a waste of time and money. meanwhile girl would text my hubby if she was upset or whatever. next couple weeks the grandfather that they lived with(angry alcoholic) has a friend old guy in late 60's well he is their ride to alot of places and such.. they came home from store and were bringing things in house and old guy looked her mom outside... and cornered girl and tried kissing her... she called hubby he went over there finally unlocked door but she told her mom what happened and such.... then all her family were arguing on cell phones on what to do... my husband said he called cause they were all saying no we cant its dads friend and blah blah meantime girl was extremely upset the aunt and mom arguing in front of girl about what if she is lying....she fainted and such and mom is on phone still hammring away. mom is not the brightest color in the crayon box if you know what i mean. any ways cops came arrested him..... corruption of minor and intent of something physical.... gets out in couple hours.. he was ordered to stay away..... so hubby is helping them again... well he rode them to court and such as well first court girl had to miss one day of band camp which was ok but she had to go to court. his lawyer never showed up... reschedule..next time no show up of lawyer again. he is still awaiting preliminary hearing and this was back in mid june maybe....she would always drop things in convo that seemed like things were going on she occ said she was very down and then she wouldnt text back.... came to the point she wouldnt talk to her mom but would my hubby..... they would meet outside house walk down street her mom would go but they would move down more so she could talk to him..... girl has always been drama queen and wanting ti be called daddys lil girl or princess.... forward to sept 3... i got a call from her saying she couldnt text with my hubby anymore. and cant come over that my daughter would have to go there and such? then she tells me my husband has been sending her naked pics of himself to her/WTF????? u was thrown for a loop.. her mom in background saying its true she saw them on her phone. so distraught i asked her to see them. she said she deleted them....i called him immediately.... first thing he said was dont hate me.... damn heart fell out right then and there...he said he apologized to her mom....and such and didnt know what he was gonna do. i told him to turn himself in..... she is 16,,,, however the news put all kinds of wrong info down and so did police report . the next day my daughter went to school and went to guidance office and broke down... well thats when i got a call to come to school...... they asked for my phone.. they had dughters phone and the girls phone , i could not see or speak to hubby so i just texted with him and told him i wanted truth..... this was not one sided .. she sent first pics of her boobs... they were both sexting for some time?? mid life crisis? depression that has been pushed down who knows. his charges on this are 5 counts of corruption of a minor for sending pics,video ... he is out on house arrest ankle bracelet....then i found out at preliminary (he already told lawyer about it first meeting)) that the end of august sometime he took her up to the park. it was both their ideas.... he was working that weekend with my son..they work same place and he said he would be over other building....fuckin liar picked her up and they went to a close by park.... the only thing that happened is they were holding hands she was sitting in his lap they kissed. she was rubbing his genitals and he was rubbing on hrs boobs which she wore a braless shirt.... meantime my daughter was still getting texts from girl still wanting to be friends... they came and arrested him again for these new charges on the 15th sept.... he told he they needed to stop she was to young and such which he says even when they were sexting he said that ass well.. but yet... so he took her back home and he went back to work.... this part i was not aware of.... he said there is no more surprises,,,, i asked him tons of questions and he was truthful with me... there was no penetration of anything nothing other then mentioned above..... but the charges they brought against him were IDSI (was none),aggravated sexual assault without consent, aggravated sexual assault with force,indecent exposure,there were a couple more but cant remember and dont feel like going to look for paperwork... none of it was forced or without consent......so when he got arrested again they were debating over if he should have another 25,000 bail or go on bail i just paid.... meantime girl is still texting daughter calling home phone like nothing happened and they were stiill friends... i was using my girls phone since they had it still...she even texted me saying i miss you lori... wtf... i told her and her mom when the called it would be a good idea if neither of our parties talk or have any contact ... husband cannot at all by law....my daughter told me few days after that the old guy sent her pics of his penis as well..... and she also told the school cop but he did nothing about it cause he thought my daughter is retaliating by saying that,,,,..... i am starting to think she has done this so far 2 times.... i fold printed out letter from her saying thanks for the video it made me feel so special.... and when we come back from vacation if he could text her like hey baby...... omg....at that point i started really getting anger issues with this 16yo girl....that i have known for years... we raised money for her to go to band trip in florida which they are on now and come back tomorrow. we raise it in 3 days!!! 1200.00 what a slap in the face... we couldnt send back all donations as 2 were anonymous and we really didnt know where they lived.. alot was from where my hubby works ,us,lots of his coworkers. also sold fundraiser stuff for her. hubby had sentencing hearing other day...which was a plea deal that girl and her mom signed. and werent there. judge denied cause they werent there wanting to make sure they were not cohurt or anything... nope the girl wants him to go to jail but she will not take the stand...... cause she is lying about alot! she got caught by her mom being naughty and blamed my hubby for rape and forced shit...which he did not do... he has ED and sometimes the pills dont make the hardness last long either... dont think so... i always complement my hubby telling him how sexy he is still.... i just dont get it,,,,, now i have change physically in the year due to lack of mobility with my back and put on over 100 pounds... so that makes me feel like a big blob of shit. so i kept thinking it was my fault not skinny enough not sexy enough.... he would never give me complements anymore doesnt even notice haircuts,color nothing... i was gonna dye it pink in oct to see if he would notice but i didnt.... he has just got to comfy with me i guess . sorry this is so long but this is m story there is few more things but it it late and i got to go to bed,,, yes i am trying to work out things with my husband....maybe when i start losing when i get my gastric bypass he might notice> he damn well better!
