This story does not surprise me as the Arkansas judicial and prison system is rife with corruption and rotten to the core.

Arkansas is running neck and neck with Louisiana and Mississippi as the one of the worst states to commit a crime and be incarcerated. The mindset of Arkansas---and most states in the Bible Belt region--- is that they couldn't care less about human dignity, law and order, or justice of any kind. Just a disgusting state.

I thought Oklahoma was bad, but Arkansas is worse.
