Frankly, this is the kind of fair and reasonable punishment that ALL offenders---men and women--- in such a similar situation should receive. I think this is fair.
Unfortunately, if this were a 25 year old man who had oral sex with a 16 year old female, he would find himself in prison for many years and you can bet his registration period would not stop after five years. A male would be deemed a pervert and predator and they would throw the book at him.

There needs to be equality across the board for all.
Why are women given different sentence to men? And why are women more believed then men? If this was a guy and he said the same as this women he would be dragged though the mud and then some.......the double standard has to stop.
