I think you all hit the nail on the head – our country has over-criminalized everything. I think our country has used terrorism to impose these things and take away our freedoms. Our own country uses our fears against us. Look at some of the news articles we have seen from other countries lately – even England has written some articles about Americans losing freedoms. So other countries are starting to notice. Most other countries that have SO registries took their cue from the United States. Look at the stuff Snowden has revealed and at first everyone was hollering about it – both parties. Now, because they have come out and said it is to protect us, and it is legal, and you have to have warrants, etc. people are starting to cow down. The guy who wrote the Patriot Act has come out publically and said the actions of the NSA are NOT LEGAL under the Act but no one is paying attention – they believe the NSA. Let me stress also I do not think this is a partisan issue – this started under the Republicans and is continuing under the Dems. This is a Police State issue and they have the Administration scared to death.

My question about the travel issue is if it is supposed to target the travel plans of only those identified as possible child sex traffickers when is this determination made? It will not be and you know it – they will target all SO’s.
