As most of you know, I live in Oklahoma. This state prides itself on being full of God-fearing Christian people. Ha ha
In reality, this state is full of rednecks and people who "play" the Christian card but never walk the walk. They never forgive and they hate others who are different than they are. We hold the distinction of being the number one state per capita of people incarcerated and that includes women.
This state is nothing but a bunch of Bible thumping hypocrites. This story is just typical of the way the not only treat sex offenders WHO ARE TRYING TO TURN THEIR LIVES AROUND, but anyone who is different.
Any way, follow the link. The story will give you a taste of good old Okie kindness. Notice particularly the trashy looking people attending the meeting----PURE UNADULTERATED TRASH!!!! To be poor is one thing, but many of the people around here look and dress like slobs.
And it is things like this that make me warn SOs to stay away from the Bible Belt states.

What they don't mention is that there are so many homeless sex offenders here in this state because they have, not a 1,000 foot rule for residency, but a 2,000 foot rule. No sex offenders can live with 2,000 feet of playgounds, schools, day care centers, etc. So it is little wonder why they have the problem of transient sex offenders---no place to live. The "tough on crime" legislators are mostly to blame for this mess.
