You have some laudable accomplishments such as getting your master’s degree. That is something to truly be proud of. An education is something that nobody can ever take away from you----ever.
You said, “ I have stayed in school and worked my ass off just to get nowhere.”
Oh, but you have done so much more than “get nowhere.” Your sticking with it AND your education will pay big dividends someday. You just have to be patient.
You have come too far and traveled too many dark and winding roads to quit now.
You have finished the difficult part with your education. An education is the basis or a foundation for a successful life. Yes, a person can be successful without an education, but it is more difficult.
Hang in there and keep plugging away. The debt problem with the student loans and desire to buy a house will work itself out in time.
I am telling you this from experience. I have a five year college degree in the medical field and I went to prison for almost a decade. I was discouraged at times, but I never gave up and my education skills along with hard work paid off.
If you were able to slave and study----sometimes all night----to earn a master’s degree, you can overcome this, trust me.

Take what is hard now and use it to show your beautiful children that anything is possible even when things get rough.
I know it seems impossible now but everything happens for a reason, just remember "don't sweat the small stuff, its all small stuff"
Live, love, laugh, learn, and grow.... that's all we can do
