The problem with this ruling, and many rulings in favor of anyone arrested or convicted of a sex offense, is that the legislature will take the ruling, go back into session the next year and modify or "wordsmith" the law to make viewing illegal.

Either that or they will introduce completely new legislation to "fix the loopholes", as they always say, so that we would be back to square one.

Note that this is New York's State Supreme Court, so the ruling would only be applicable in New York.

But, it is a step in the right direction, and a win is a win at this point.
