OK Guys i have been doing a lot of thinking about this too much my damn brains hurts OK do WE want to see CHANGE or are we just going to sit here and take it to be honest with you i would at least like to be kissed while i am being screwed..............Nevertheless It is TIME to come out of the shadows and to start to speak up it is time for the Phoenix to RISE we will come up out of the ashes like a SHOT the only problem is i am one man and i can't do this by myself because of my back problems sitting on this computer for too long makes my back hurt.So what i need is for everybody to help me out on this one i need someone to research the cost to implement the AWA i also need someone to search for all of the studies that have been done on residency restrictions the recidivism on RSO"s i need someone to pull the court documents on Josh lunsford also find as much dirt as you can on Mark Lunsford find out if he has investments in GPS tracking find out as much dirt as you can on Mark Lunsford also i need to know how many "kids" that are RSO's i think the youngest i found was in TX at the age of 6 get as much information as you can then send it to me in a E mail i will put everything together if i left anything out please let me know I think its time guys I know i no longer have to registrar here in California but i want to help in anyway i can.........peace out and god bless
There are many great attorney's, that I know of, who understand the laws and fight against them. In regards to how many are so's? I don't believe that one can be licensed with a felony background. So my guess is none are SO's.
May I suggest that you contact your state Legal Services Administration. This group is full of defense attorney's that help write bills and also oppose ones that they feel are detrimental. A lot of them also sit on many of the Criminal Reform Committees, which regulate laws. You will find by knowing these attorneys/people that there are many who oppose these laws. They just need the public backing.
I believe that this is the year for change. I think that we will see a big turn around in the coming year. Especially if we can drive home to these State Representatives that the laws are punishing, they are ineffective and are costing the states WAY too much tax payers money. I really think that's what it is going to take for us to see reform.
