Now what comes to mine when I am reading this is SO not being able to be shipped home because their parents or siblings or family members are not in compliance and I am sure these are the ones on the street that are the majority of the homeless. So very sad. SHAME ON YOU Fort Lauderdale, Florida!!! I just don't get why people would make it a crime and especially to put a 90 year old man in jail for this.

The mayor said ... " When you feed the homeless in the public places that citizens enjoy it turns those public places in a latrine"
At first I thought he was saying that these homeless people use the bathroom right there out in the open which was a ridicules statement (like don't feed them and they won't poop) but then when I thought about it a little more I wonder if he was saying that by bringing the homeless to the public places it was like bringing poop to the public places - what do you guys think?
