I've read a lot of threads about the poly.
My son's therapist said he might have to take a poly before he can stop 'treatment' .
Right now my son sees his Mental Health treatment (not SO) therapist 30 minutes a month.
My son is so depressed and scared of this poly He thinks it will go wrong somehow (he's always sees the worst) and then his PO will be up his butt all the time and he won't release him from his MH treatment.
Is it something he should be afraid of?
He thinks he can go back to prison is he fails, I've told him otherwise.. but he's really freaked out.

1 - polys are for assessment when taking SO treatment
2 - if my son isn't taking SO treatment then what is the poly for
3 - seems both are attached . It's very unusual for someone not to get treatment so they really don't know what they're doing.
I'm talking to a new lawyer tomorrow. I'll see what he says.
