I have a feeling that case is nowhere near over. That is a child, he is incapable of having the mental capacity to understand anything about sexual assault. He is not mentally mature enough to fathom sexually predatorial behavior. This is utter crap.

Severity of the conduct? How "severe" could the conduct be involving a 10 year old child?

We always hear the mantra "for the children" when the politicians pass these sex offender restrictions; they say we need more laws to protect the children.

Protect the children? We are not protecting the children---we are making criminals and sex offenders out of them!!!!

I swear, some people do not have a brain. This is a child, he isn't a sexual deviant. He isn't someone the community will need to fear...but he still has access to places where children congregate...so stupid

Are some of those commenters actually advocating the execution of a 10 year old? All those people saying he's a predator without even considering that this boy himself was probably abused on that same fashion and he was just acting out...how else would he have learned the behavior at that age? Basically saying that he's a lost cause...it makes me so angry. It's not "keep all the children safe," it's "keep the children we deem worthy safe."

Most commenters don't care or realize 1/3rd of the registry is children. They will yell to kill and execute the very people the registry was suppose to protect. Its proof of the registries hypocrisy.
