Hello... Well, he had court in one location and they dropped the interfering charge and breach of peace charge. That is great news! Now we only have the other court to worry about... Those are more intense and nerve wracking charges. His record is not great and that's what is making it so hard for us to get a lawyer that will work with us. He is being accused of things he didn't do...based on the statement of the so called, victim.. she is out to ruin his life.. she is no victim. anyway.. still looking for a lawyer that will help him and fight for him... Its tough finding one that will accept a payment plan.. ggrrr... Finally feeling strong enough to study for my test that I need to take tomorrow. My man yelled at me for falling behind. I have studied for so long and I've never fallen behind... now I have because of this... I still have time to make a B or C in the class if I pay more attention to what I'm doing... Gotta stay strong for him..

It's difficult to find attorneys that will accept a payment plan, but not impossible. I tried for months looking for an attorney for hub, but they all wanted $10k retainer. If we win appeal, we may have to sell his car to pay for an attorney. Just looking at our options right now.

Whatever you do, stay in school and GET THAT EDUCATION. A degree and good education opens up so many doors and options for people, and regardless of whatever happens, they cannot take that degree away from you.

You are a young lady with three sweet children and an entire life ahead of you. If something should ever happen with the relationship with your guy and you two are no longer together----and I hope it doesn't but that is entirely possible----I want you to have an education so you can get a good job and support yourself and those three children on your own.

A young lady always needs to prepare herself for the possibility that she may have to live her life without the help of a man---because that does happen.

I don't want to see you ever having to struggle working at a dead end job making little more than minimum wage. I have seen many young ladies in my life who failed to get an education and a decent paying job who are now poor and struggling.

I do not want this to happen to you.

Rew, I got a 93 on my organic compounds test for forensic science class tonight. I'm back into my studies and I did it without drugs... I don't know what happened. I just started being able to do things..Its still hard to hang out with the kids without crying and doing laundry and I break down at the oddest moments but I'm not going to lose all that I have worked for over this. My guy would be so mad!

Atta girl! I have had lots of hours in organic chemistry so I know it is difficult.

You have to get tough and determined to make it through this prison stuff, but by damn, I think you are on the right track!!!

Thanks rew! Its tough and I still have a long way to go.. but for some reason my studies are keeping me sane.. or they at least keep me occupied. .. Next week I have a test on inorganics. Its a really interesting class. I don't want to fail it because of this. Its expensive to go to school and I've been going a few years now.. Thank you for all the support... Without you and a few others on this site, I would still be a basketcase... i appreciate everything..
