So it's not to be appreciated :) Suchas is spot on about communication, talk, talk, talk, write, write, write! And yes I also agree about knowing each other way better than "normal" people! G and I knew our whole stories within 3 months after the first letter was sent. The only thing he hid was he's an addict, which is big, but he was right because I probably would've not talked to him anymore. We just have to work through it.

Haha! I was at work all day yesterday 12-830 after work my cousin drove me to her brothers house to see his girlfriend. And he called me he was really happy to hear my voice. Then he asked where i was i told him. He switched got so funny and we havent spoke since. I cant deal with all this shit he does. Its so pettty he promised he wouldnt!, are you gonna support him still even if hes an addict? My boyfriend loves a drink he cant stop and then he starts to get nasty. Yes I'm going to still support him. I found out 4 years ago and I'm still here. He supports me because I told him like addiction doesn't get cured, depression doesn't get cured either, so we support each other! Plus we're old farts now anyways and by the time he gets out we'll be in wheelchairs rolling each other down the aisle lol! So I really don't see him going back on the streets. As for your man is it that he doesn't like the people you were with? Yeah the first step to recovery is definitely admitting he has a problem. Maybe you can talk about that too and tell him how you feel if he keeps doing it.

Well technically for 6 years, but not really. We broke up at the end of '11 because he had sooo much stuff going on his life and couldn't cope hence as to why he's in there now. So I went on with my life, got married and had a baby in '14, but even then we never lost contact and he'd write at least 4 times a year to see how I was doing. I never stopped loving him. So when all that happened to me last summer I was so lost and then the first week of November I got a letter; it took me to Christmas to write back though because I'd just lost my husband in a terrible way and I was thinking of how that'd look to people in my circle at the time. So I said hey its my life and it's too short to worry about my circle, which is now about 3 if that. We got back together around New Year's day or a bit after. My bday is Jan.16 and in the card/letter he sent me the second picture I'd sent him in March '11 when I graduated from college and he told me see I never stopped loving you! I cried like a baby let me tell you! And you can tell he carried me everywhere because it had that wallet look when it's always in there! He's my rock and we've been through so much together; couldn't imagine life without him <3 And I totally understand about being an interracial couple as I'm black and he's white. I've never met his family all like that, however before mama (his mom) passed he told her all about me and I had her blessing and she was so happy knowing he finally found a good woman. Maybe they'll come around, or not just remember if you guys stay together it's y'all against the world! And I love your countdown lol!
