They limit the calls times so everyone can get a go at the phones.
when I know he is supposed to call and when he doesn't I start to pace the floor. I get my call about the same time every day so the longer it takes the higher my anxiety level gets. What a way to live!!!!
Here I am, he's been home 7 months and again I am sitting waiting for those calls. But I didn't know where he was for a week. At least when he was in prison I knew.
Neither are good situations.
I'm going to offer you a different perspective, in the hopes that it encourages you look at your situation with appreciation.
Be thankful for those precious 30 minutes each day, knowing that some of us have no phone contact at all. I am living overseas and they don't allow inmates to call internationally. I so miss his beautiful voice.
I'm sending you a warm blanket of peace. Gid Bless you and your loved one
