Can anyone get the judgement and sentencing document or does it have to be just certain people?
Go to the court clerk of the county from which your guy was convicted. Ask for a copy of the Judgment and Sentence document or a J&S as it is frequently referred to.
They might possibly have you fill out a paper sort of like a "right to know" agreement, but that is no problem and you will get your copy.
