He was literally my world! I say world because its not the same anymore! How can someone continue living life knowing someone they care about is in prison cutting themselves and in and out of a mental institution .I know I have to be strong for him and no family, but its so hard! I can't do this another seven years man! When someone you care about is locked up you are too! I'm dying inside! I have no emotions towards anything! I don't write or talk to him because I can't deal with it well! I need help! I need him! How can I be strong if he's not! Went at 15 serving 15. For armed robbery. I feel for the victims I really do, but nobody got hurt, physically. WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST GIVE HIM TEN! THERE WAS NO BULLETS! I HATE THE SYSTEM SOMETIMES! HE'S NOT THE SAME PERSON I GREW UP WITH! PRISON CAN FUCK A CHILD'S HEAD! SEVEN MORE YEARS! I'M WEAK!

You say you don't talk to him or write him, I really think you should write him; it doesn't have to be super long, just one telling him you love him and you are still there for him! You said he has no family besides you so he really needs to hear it.
As for going on with your life while he's in there, you have to keep living life. Yes it's hard af sometimes but your life didn't stop just because he's in there. My guy always tell me keep my head up and hang in there, and that's what you have to do! Big hugs!
