I'm not taking any medications. I finally went to see someone today and she recommended anti-anxiety meds, now I have to wait for my medicaid to be approved so I can get them. By then I'll most likely have a job and won't qualify! We'll see. I told her I can't sleep and she said the medicine will help that. It's terrible to be so exhausted but unable to sleep.
We thought we'd at least know the court date for sentencing by now, but we haven't heard anything yet. Maybe next week. I really hope he gets sentenced soon so we both now what we're looking at. Not knowing is so hard on both of us. I know you all understand, and I appreciate your kindness so much. I swear I'd be lost without this group.
There are several anti-anxiety meds in generic form that are reasonably priced.
The generic version of Buspar is on Wal Mart's $4 list, which means you can get a 30 days supply for four dollars.
I am sure your health care professional will work with you on this.
rewdiazepam
Citaloprim is on the Wal Mart four dollar list in both the 20mg and 40mg tables. She might start you off on 10mg per day, so you can get the 20mg and cut them in half.
It takes around a month for the full antidepressant effect to kick in.
If you get started on them and want to stop, the withdrawal must be done very slowly.
Very popular drug, used by millions. Very few side effects and it is safe.
rewdiazepam
diazepam (Valium), alprazolam (Xanax), clonopin are all good drugs.
Ativan (lorazepam) is also good, but it is about twice as expensive as the other drugs I mentioned.
