3 days is really fast!our letters where about a week behind and dont get me started on how log it took to give him his magazine.
I get that your plan was to go to the usa but stuff happens and you have to change......you can still go over there but you could still go do one of the tour thingys i would hope he wouldn't want you to give up on your dreams! Is there somewhere in the uk you can do that sort of stuff??
This isn't a easy thing to do theres going be times where you will hate everything and everyone be warned holiday are the worst! Friday will come soon enough dont go wishing your life away.

Hiya, its been moved to next friday and no-one told me! Drove all the way to luton crown court to be sent away sat in traffic for an hour! Its a joke. So 7days waiting again starting to get pissed off!

It should get add to his time served.....yep they can do shit like this they can also move them without telling anyone they just do it.

Its not right though is it? Its a joke our system is a joke. I prepared myself for today to be let down. Like you said this time will come off his sentence

Nop its not but your system like ours is overcrowded so they put guys off the only up side is that they have to take the time done into consideration. Its a hell of a roller-coaster ride.

Do you pay tax? The amount of money it costs to keep someone in prison its ridiculous. I dont want to pay tax for that bullshit

Yep......it costs us 145000 or theres about in loss of wages, what it costed for me to see him and the money i put on for him once a month (over here the guys get the basic for nothing everything else including phone calls we pay for) and the magazine i used to send him.....thats not included the mail the extras i got him for when he came home and keeping his bank account going! And that was just for 4 years.
The choice i gess is we pay even more or it gets taken from our taxes i think i would reath it come out of taxs....ive seen people hit the wall trying to support there loved one.

Yep but you gotta remember that most people think we are kicking back living on money from there crimes........its just not true.
I used to put $140 on each month he would add that to the $7 a day he made working in there. Its bloody hard work supporting someone in prison.

Whether a person can wait it totally a personal thing. Do you have it in you to love him enough to wait, to be alone, to go out alone, and miss him, and deal with life, without him??? I have done it 5 times. Once was 3.5 years. Then home ten months, revoked and put back in for 2 years. Yes I waited because our love was strong enough to get through it. You just learn to live differently, your priorities are different, and you accept that you don't have to live like people expect you to live. You live by those calls, letters and visits, because what is the alternative? Ask yourself could you live without him in your life. He still IS in your life, just temporarily in a different way.

Yeah 100%. Hes the one. Its hard because i can still see him, hold him, kiss him. But i cant text him when i want, i have to wait for calls.
