i am VERY happy to announce that the Prosecutor in my Lovie's case has agreed to letting him participate in Long-Term Treatment. Now this is NOT a private treatment facility, its still run by the DOC but upon successful completion of the program (18 months) he will get to come home! This is such a weight lifted off of so many of us. We finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and are one step closer to having an END GOAL. I think all of our spirits will improve once we get that date to look forward to. There have been many other clients of my Lovies atty who have completed the program and have had great success with it. I truly think if he goes in with an open heart and mind and gets even one lesson/tool out of it, it is a success and will just give us a jumping off point to work from when he gets home! Can't wait for him to call tonite so that we can talk about the GREAT news!

My husband is just finishing his up.. I am so happy for you! It is a grueling program and they make them earn that early release but tell him to keep his eye on the prize and BE HONEST..they have seen and heard it all, you can't fool em and if they think you are trying they will drill you! Good luck to you let me know if you have any questions.. it is a different state but they all have some basic similarities I am sure!

I went to the doctor a while ago to see about my allergies. He rubbed my arm and stuck things under the skin. Nothing. He poked and prodded, his phlebotomist drew so much blood people thought that we were dating. The tests all came back negative.
