I truly believe that. I always did before, but now I'm really thinking about how things happen and why.
You know the story, my 22 year old, heroin, pills, mushrooms, 4 months jail, college, flunked and relapsed, tossed him out, he turned a corner, I allowed him back home, for 2 weeks, it's a month now....and he has been searching for a job, noone calls him back, is it because of the jail time? For possession of Heroin? Hmmm...so a veterans councelor told him 'if you can't FIND a job, create one!"....so thinking outside the box, he was thinking of his own company, wrote up a business plan, then started looking into that field and fishing around....LOW and behold there was a posting of all places Craigslist.com. the guy owns his own companies, different types, and one in conjunction with what my son wants to do, AND also something in music, which my son also wants to do. They talked, they arranged for him to go up to their state today, he left on the train, took the bus, they met him at the bus, I called him, the wife got on the phone, she was SO sweet (you know as a Mom, I'm thinking it is a crazy psycho looking for a victim which I KNOW my kid can take care of himself very well, BUT....)....she said how wonderful he was and how nervous she was her hubby even PLACED that ad, she said with all the people they know, she thought it strange, but then my son answered the ad and she said her husband was quite taken with his attitude and knowledge. Hmmm...they even have a kick butt condo for him to stay at while he is up there working.
So my son called me back after they got him settled into the condo and they went to run some errands, he said he is SO excited and CONTENT....CONTENT! YES! *hands being tossed in the air here* SCORE!
He said it's been a long time since he felt this feeling. He is so excited and feeling really good for a change.
But what made that man put in that ad? Where they meant to find each other? AND when I looked at the mans pic on his website, he seems VERY familiar to me and I can't place him. Even his phone number seems familiar. It's strange.
All I can think of is my prayers were answered! Someone up above saw the match, made it's path to get them together and I am PRAYING this is JUST the thing to spring board this kid!
Thanks to all of you out there for your prayers as well. I have you all in my prayers as well. I've got my fingers crossed, but my emotions detached...LOL....

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

He kept in touch over the weekend and was working constantly with this project. He is just now getting on the bus to head back home. He said the couple really enjoyed his help and want him back this week and that he has alot of work for him to continue with.
He has a court date this week, some unfinished stupid business that REALLY should've been tossed out by now, but a real troll for a Public defender...arg....and then he will go back up, come home, take his license road test again....so hoping this is his turning point. He is stopping to see his GF on the way home...LOL...
Who knows, maybe they will finally find their apt they are looking for? LOL...
