I would tell your daughter asap. It's her wedding, and if he has relapsed what if he shows up under the influence? That may ruin her day. It's going to be a hard conversation but I would want to know if it was me and my sibling.
I hate it when schedules screw up medications...so stupid, and useless..they need their meds!

I know you want to believe he would tell you if he was going to relapse, but that is not how an addict thinks. I'm sure part of the reason is he didn't want to disappoint you, and he didn't want to hear reason's not to relapse. Plus I am sure he is upset with himself right now.
This is a set back, but doesn't have to be a full blown relapse. When you talk with him let him know how proud you have been of him and he doesn't have to go back to the way it used to be. He can choose to get himself back on track and let this be a slip.
