Because you are older, there will be options open to you where you will be safe. Your younger siblings won't have those choices, so it might be best for at least the younger ones to live with your grandma.
Even if they find out, that's OK if they are mad. That doesn't last. As a mother, I have very often had to do things that my kids didn't like, but I knew were for their own good. They were mad at first, but eventually they thanked me. Right now, you have been put into the role of acting somewhat like a mother to your siblings because your parents aren't doing their jobs. You need to make choices that are best for you and for your siblings.
You said it yourself. You just want a normal life and normal parents. I'm sure that's what your siblings want too, and it's what you all deserve. This is not something your parents are capable of giving you or your siblings. There are responsible adults in your life who are able to help make that happen.
Will your parents be mad if they lose their kids? Probably. But, they will be working with social workers who will help give show them the way to try to get them back. That will include getting treatment for alcoholism. The State will not allow them to continue raising children while they are drinking or mistreating them. With treatment, it's possible they will eventually realize they are better off sober.
Is your Mom also abusive to the other children, or is it mainly you?
How close are you to turning 18?
Do you have a job? You could save your money to get a place of your own.
Have you thought about going to school? You could talk to your school guidance counselor about options. There are lots of programs, from technical school through 4 year colleges. If you don't have the money, there are scholarships and financial aid programs available. If you're worried about your grades, there are community colleges and online schools that can help bring you up to speed. Going to school gives you a good reason to move out of the house and stay in a dorm or apartment. (I work at a university, so I know there are lots of students who are looking for roommates. That keeps the cost down and you meet new friends.)
If you are 18 or over and the abuse is mainly directed at you, then it might not make sense to report it unless you think any of the other kids are in danger. Focus on making a better life for yourself.
