good thing you have a nice home and good hubby to help carry the load....can you look for a new job? do the bosses know he is such a mess? Son----he is kind of same as before, which sucks, but isn't new...the boss? who needs the added stress???

Even in your anger, you are seeing things truthfully and without prejudice. He isn't the same boy you raised, "he is a man with a problem HE has to solve". You're coming from a place of love and you're standing your ground. Good on you!
I so relate to the anger and frustration. When I have a problem, I look for a solution and tackle it. I recognize that this is their problem and the solution lies with them, but I hate feeling so helpless. The only thing we can do is take care of ourselves and try to stay positive. We can't let this ruin our lives too. But it's a struggle and still I find myself wondering WHY?????
I can't imagine having my boss being addicted to Oxy, that's got to be rough.
