Hello my all of my friends, I want you to know I'm still here. The past month has been another obstacle. My mom had a stroke, very, very unexpected. It has been a barrage of challenges, with Doctors, rehabilitations centers, the co-dependency relationship with her and my dad who have been married for 55 years, but it's O.K. and it will get better.

As some of you know I am on a committee for the charity Shatterproof, which is raising awareness on the stigma of addiction. So, I am doing something very crazy, I am rappelling off a 21 story building, me and my son all in the name of Shattering the stigma. I raised $5000.00 so far and my goal is $10,000.00 I am very excited, and I am using my voice to make a different.

S. celebrated 900 days, 2 1/2 years sober, and is doing well. I miss so many of you, and promise to come back here more. hugs to all my friends.
