You have nothing to feel guilty about. Sometimes we simply don't have anything left to give when we have been constantly bombarded with the demands of other people. When we have nothing left to give, we can't care any more. That doesn't make us bad people.
You have been there for your sister for years and it's been pretty thankless. That shows what kind of person you are--not the fact that you've been worn out.
