It's been a rough year so far....my BF dad has had his 2nd leg amputated, he is not doing well, he is 82 with 15 lives...cancer of the throat, circulation problems....and now the second leg is taken.
Our son, lost his great job, now got a landscaping job, 1st day yesterday, the company buys them lunch, he was all jazzed last night, wakes up this a.m. says 'I don't know if I can go in, my body is so sore'...GET IN THE SHOWER NOW!
I've done something to my ankle, it is soooo sore, hurts to walk, that on top of osteo arthritis, oh yeah...and I work in retail, I am a manager, so I am on the floor walking ALL day long, not like I can sit down during the day....not to mention marble floors aren't great either lol...but I get 'er done every freaking day and now I'm on an 8 day stretch before my next day off!
THEN if THAT wasn't enough, my hubbies bestie, just got diagnosed with cancer. It is wrapped around his liver and pancreas. REALLY? They just took two foster children in, there are 6 of them at the house, fabulous couple, hard workers and this. The hubby JUST lost his other bestie 4 years ago and still hasn't gotten over THAT! Now this?
I don't know, when it rains it pours.....I just don't know WHAT 'HIS' master plan is, but it is EXHAUSTING mentally!
Please toss some prayers up there for our friends. They sure can use them!

Makes one wonder. I've heard it say that "God squeezes but He doesn't choke." Sounds like you're in his grip right now. Hope He lets go soon! Good luck and peace be with you.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
