I'm sorry.. I'm new to this. But can anyone tell me what Al-anon is? I beleive it like AA meetings but for friends and family's of addicts. If anyone can tell me I would greatly appreciate it I need something like this in my life right now!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
