My sister is addicted to crack. She used to the point of self destruction, then was arrested for traffiking and sent to federal prison. She spent just shy of a year there and then a year and a half out clean. But now she drinks alcohol like its the only thing to quench thirst, and she has 'slipped up' so many times that I consider it just using again.

Now, she is on my facebook...she is my sister. But her status' are really starting to piss me off. To the point I want to delete her but I know the consequences of that just arent worth it....I'll give you a taste of what I see daily.

... sigh.... I dont wanna even get outta bed today.... I can smile and pretend Im ok all I want... its still just a mask. Im not.... :(

is sooo tired of all the drama and threats ppl throw around... **sigh**

so confused... and unhappy.... just dont what to do anymore... :(

On top of that is the 25 posts of those stupid picture posts. Stuff like 'im so strong because before I was so weak' and 'if you cant handle me at my worst you dont deserve me at my best' and all these other 'inspirational' gobbledeegook that she thinks make her seem like she is full of reflection, remorse, and recovering.

I feel like she is just trying to keep it all about her in any way she can. She WANTS people to comment on her status and tell her how great she is and to keep her chin up. She WANTS people to like the shared quips and agree and tell her she is so smart to think like that.

I guess this is more of a vent then anything, as I'm not about to delete her, and talking to her about it is a waste of time (Ive already tried). I'm just tired of her manipulations reaching EVERYWHERE into my life!!
