I know one way to help relieve Stress that is very simple. :) Called Pursed Lip Breathing Exercise. Inhale slowly thru nose (inflate diaphragm.. Note: tummy will inflate) saying in your mind: "Rose in Bloom" exhale thru pursed lips (OK to whistle :) ) slowly "Blow up a Big Balloon" Breathing exercises have been proven to Help decrease seizure activity. :)
