Are you keeping a journal? Clik on green words for more Info. Suggestion: if you Think you are having Nite episodes, chek yard sales &/or thrift stores for a baby monitor w/ video. Or install a Spy Cam. You can purchase a small cheap tv for review or review on an existing tv if equipped w/ adapters???. :) Or if someone is witnessing it have a Camcorder/cell phone w/ video, charged & ready. :)
Me, Sis & my daughter have dealt w/ Nocturnal Seizures most of our lives. Warm salt water rinse for your tongue. Anti-biotic cream for the scratches. Supervised Epsom Salt Bath for sore muscles. Or a heating pad. :) REST! Till you feel better!
I do Hope the Increase in your meds works. Keep in mind Proper Nutrition will Help meds work more efficiently w/ fewer side effects. :) Keep Learning about Epilepsy & all it's aspects. Including Treatments & 'alternatives'.

Thank you for the medical advice. I do not have seizures when I am awake (thank god, those were even more scary than the nocturnal ones), so I do not have to worry about seizing in the bath.
I hope the change in the meds does help. So far, it has been. I do not actually have epilepsy but I do have these seizures that were originally caused by the brain surgery, those went away and I got new ones in a new part of my brain. Thank you for your support.

2 or more seizures = Epilepsy. AKA Seizure Disorders. The Term Seizure Disorders is New as is a lot of other terms. As I am sure you are aware. Let us know what EEG results are. HUGS!

Thanks, I did not know that 2 or more seizures was epilepsy. I have never heard that before. Thanks for the info. I will let you know what the results are of the EEG, and I will give this med increase a chance.
